Hi, my name is Nicole
I started my career in the salon industry in 2012 and have been with The Collective since 2016. I service teens and adults of all genders and specialize in haircutting, lived in color, and Brazilian Blowouts. I’ve had the pleasure of traveling to a variety of trade shows and classes over the years to develop my craft and further my education in both technique and product knowledge. I nerd out on the science behind color and the art of a good haircut. I am passionate about creating beautiful, healthy hair and am lucky enough to form connections with the inspiring humans I meet in the process. I am blessed to be part of an incredible team of women here at The Collective that love and support each other. This is not just a beauty industry, it's about confidence, self-love, and fixing each other's crowns.

Before your Appointment...
Parking
I have a guest parking spot available to you for the duration of your appointment. In the neighboring lot, you may park in space #4 on the right side with the red sign that reads, "Reserved for Nicole W Guest." Keep in mind the other spaces in that lot belong to other businesses and you may be ticketed.​ Tyler St also offers 90 minute street parking for shorter appointments.
Running Late?
I understand delays happen. If you are running late to your appointment, please text or call ahead of time. On a case by case basis, you may have to forfeit all or part of your service, depending what time allows. I allow a 15 minute grace period until I mark the appointment as a No Show. You will receive a notice and your appointment will be forfeited.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me 24 hours before your appointment start time. If you are sick or displaying symptoms of any communicable illness, please reschedule when you are feeling better. Note you may also cancel or reschedule existing appointments online using the link in your confirmation text or email. "No Shows" will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount before rebooking another appointment.​
Refund/Redo Policy
Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change without notice. Refunds will not be issued on salon services. Please keep in mind that some services may take multiple sessions to reach the desired outcome. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let me know within one week of your initial appointment to get you rescheduled and make adjustments at no additional cost.
